Jay's Scholarship Fund

JAY’S AWARDS $7,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS

In 2004, the founder of Jay’s Group of Companies, Dennis Doehl, established a scholarship program in honour of his late parents. In 2013 when Mullen Group Ltd. acquired Jay's, the decision was made to continue with the tradition and the scholarship was renamed Jay's Group of Companies Scholarship Fund.

Each year, scholarships are awarded to children, and grandchildren of Jay’s employees who will be attending university, community college, or technical school on a full-time basis.

These scholarships will assist with the costs of post-secondary education.  It’s Jay’s way of investing in our future.

Mullen Group Ltd. founders, Roland & Leona Mullen, also believe that education builds the foundation of our future.  For this reason, Mullen sponsors a Scholarship Program for the children of their people to encourage their scholastic aspirations. Mullen grants financial assistance at the post-secondary school level. Since inception of this program Mullen has invested $251,000 to assist 175 children achieve their goals. More information about Mullen's scholarship can be found one their website at www.mullen-group.com.
